For Measuring the Concentration of Soymilk

1. Taking a sample

Place 20-50ml of soy milk into a beaker and mix well with a plastic spoon.

2.Measuring Method

● "Pocket" Soy Milk Refractometer <PAL-27S>

1) Apply 2-3 drops of soy milk onto the prism surface. Make sure that the sample completely covers the prism surface.

2) Press the START key. The measured value will be digitally displayed in 3 seconds. If the value is unstable after taking additional measurements, then take 4-5 measurements and average the results.

4.For Measuring the Concentration of Soymilk

1. Measure the concentration of soymilk during the making of tofu (bean curd).
2. Measure the concentration of soymilk during the making of soymilk drinks.
A refractometer is useful for quick measurements to determine the concentration.
* Depending on the manufacturing process or soybeans used, the soymilk produced may vary.
Therefore the Brix value may vary between the soymilk produced.
