The PAL-ACID Pocket Acidity Meters measure the total acidity in fruit juices.The units measure the total acidity in sample and convert it into citric or tartaric acid concentrations respectively. PAL Series equipped with a new temperature display feature! (Aug. 12. 2010)

The Digital Hand-held "Pocket" Refractometer PAL Series now comes equipped with a new temperature display feature!
Starting in August 2010, the PAL-1 will display the temperature on the upper right corner of the LCD along with the measured value.
Additionally, the Automatic Temperature Compensation range has increased from 75°C to 100°C.
We will add this feature to all PAL models in the coming months. |
