Brix measurement of seasoning liquids

Refractometers are used for the Brix measurement of soy sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce and many other sauces. The MASTER-H Series are the refractometer which is designed for measuring hot samples. The samples which are in the process of being cooked or boiled can be measured.
