PAL-1: End of the extended warranty program! (2003.11.13)

To all our customers that returned the PAL-1 warranty card to during our extended warranty program period:
Thank you for your continued support of ATAGO brand refractometers. The promotion was an overwhelming success.

Not only did we received many wonderful comments, but you, our customers were able to benefit by being able to extend the warranty period on your new digital hand-held 'Pocket' refractometer from one year to two years. Not that you will need to use the warranty, but knowing that you have that security (should you have a problem) is an added value to your purchase. ATAGO products are all tested and manufactured with the highest level of quality to provide years of accurate and dependable service.

Unfortunately, at this time, we need to announce the end of this extended warranty program. The last date to register your PAL-1 will be 2003/11/13. The warranty cards received thereafter will still be honored for the usual one year as with all ATAGO products.

ATAGO U.S.A., Inc. has started a new Sample Testing Service. We are happy to offer this service to customers located anywhere in North or Central America.

Do you have a liquid or solid sample that you would like to measure, but you are not sure of and/or you want to confirm the result? Maybe you want to know which instrument will provide you with the most accurate results for your application. If so, there is no need to worry any longer!

We will check your sample and recommend the best instrument for your application. Simply contact us to make arrangements to send your sample for testing free of charge*.

We will perform tests on the sample and send you the results. We will also let you know which instrument(s) were used for testing so that you can duplicate the results in your own facility. For more information, please contact us for details atcareers@atago-usa.com.

PAL-1: Good Design Award ! (2003.10.3)

Digital Hand-held 'Pocket' Refractomter PAL-1 won the Good Design Award for the year 2003.

ATAGO's newest clinical refractometer, the SUR-NE was released on September 22nd, 2003. (2003. 9. 22)

The SUR-NE replaces the SPR-NE clinical refractometer that was discontinued on July 31. The SUR-NE has the same serum protein and Показатель преломления scales as the old model, with the addition of the urine specific gravity scale. With 3 scales on one instrument, this refractometer is perfect for almost all clinical applications.

The retail price for the URICON-NE Refractometer, for measuring only Urine Specific Gravity, was reduced from $27000 to $24000

Special Offer!! For the PAL-1, extended 2 years warranty (2003.8.12)

For a limited time, when the registration card for the PAL-1 is completed and returned to the manufacturer, the usual warranty period of one year will be extended to two full years from the time of purchase.

The Digial Refractometer RX-5000FB has been discontinued (2003.3.31)

Researchers that require flow cell testing of samples can still accomplish their objective. In place of the RX-5000FB, a flow cell unit for the RX-5000 ( Part No. RE-6567 ) is available. With the adaptation of the flow cell, the same facility with the RX-5000FB can be obtained.
