Design -----------

With a solid thickness, the Newport20 coaster can be used not only as a coaster for glasses, but also as a tray.

Metal Processing -----------

An aluminum lump is processed by a cutting machine becomes the base of the NEW PORT 20. The lump is gradually ground down by a drill to create the NEW PORT 20 shape.

Leather Processing -----------

Nume leather is fitted all around the side of NEW PORT 20. It is carefully cut one by one.

Assembly -----------

NEWPORT20 is assembled after all of the parts have been completed. In the photo, leather is wrapped around the side of NEWPORT 20, and each one is carefully done by hand. The more it is used, the more the change in the leather's glossiness and aging can be enjoyed.

Engraving -----------

After assebly is completed, "NEWPORT20" is engraved onto the surface.

Packing -----------

At the end of the process, the NEWPORT 20 is packed into a clean box and delivered to the customer. NEW PORT 20 is a luxury aluminum coaster.
