Assembling the VISCO is surprisingly easy.
The spindle is securely attached by simply inserting it, and no complicated operations are required.
Simply place the unit on the stand and place the beaker in the designated position.
No need to adjust the height, and you're ready to measure.
The intuitive, simple design allows you to start measuring right away.
All operations are performed with just one button.

With only one button, there's no need to worry about confusion or pressing the wrong button.
Requires 15mL or 100mL of sample.
Compared to the 500mL required by a typical B-type viscometer, this is approximately 1/30th the amount of sample needed.
In addition to reducing the amount of valuable sample used, it also reduces running costs.
The user scale function allows you to adjust the VISCO's displayed values to those of a conventional B-type viscometer.
Simply input the three sets of measurements obtained from the VISCO and B-type viscometer, and the conversion formula will be applied automatically.

Temperature Controller for Viscometers

Temperature control is essential for viscosity measurement.
However, conventional temperature control water baths take up a lot of space and require time for setup and cleanup, making them inefficient.
The lightweight and compact "Temperature Controller for Viscometers" overturns this conventional wisdom.
It achieves temperature control without the hassle.
A Peltier element is used for temperature control, maintaining a constant temperature without using water. This eliminates the previously laborious task of preparing and disposing of water after use, making it hygienic.
The temperature control unit and control unit together weigh approximately 4.0 kg. This is less than half the weight of a typical temperature control water bath, making it easy to carry.
It also fits the VISCO perfectly, allowing for space-saving measurements.
By changing the control method from sensory values to numerical values, we have been able to maintain a consistent viscosity and stabilize the texture of our soups.
