1. What are your daily activities at ATAGO?
My Role
Once I come to the office I quickly review my emails from the day before and morning emails, if I have an email that needs to be responded right away I do it, later I start contacting customers to promote our instruments.
Every day I contact my distributors to see if they are working in something new, this always help to close sale because you can offer manufacture support with end users, this will give more confidence to the end user when he have to make a decision.
For my day to day sales activities I focus in calling at least 40 customers a day, this will help you to plant seeds for future sales, this always will lead you to sales because maybe when you contact a customer they don’t need anything but in the future they will and they will remember you.
As a Latin America sales rep I contact customer for different countries, but my focus are Mexico, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Chile, one of my biggest challenges its use wisely my time to contact customer, as are in different time zones sometimes its hard to get in contact with them.
2. What are your memorable moments from work, focus on your job, and what do you pay attention the most in your job?
My Job
I would like to pay attention to details in my paper works every time we process. This includes what instruments customer purchased and trying to find out the reason because we can find out more chance to sell different models and new application from our customers.
My memorable moments from work is satisfaction I have when I hit my monthly sales target and feeling that I am contributing to the company. I always like to hit my target that makes me feel that all of my hard work that I put in my sales calling bear fruit.
3. What do you like about ATAGO?(office atmosphere, co-workers and environment)
Company
What I love about ATAGO is the atmosphere in the office. We all get along really well and we are like a small family. I also appreciate our company events because I feel the company shows us gratitude to us of our daily efforts in the office. Different companies that I used to work before didn’t hold any kind of event. Every time after the company events gives me motivation and makes me feel ‘I want to do 110% to achieve our goals’.
